The next stage is an online meeting with your direct supervisor. We'll talk about the role, expectations, and your previous experience.

Our recruitment process consists of several stages: CV review, phone call, recruitment meeting, and decision. We aim for the entire process to take no longer than 2–3 weeks.
We work in a hybrid model — part of the week in the office, part remotely. The exact split depends on the position and is agreed individually.
